In Brezovica, Croatia, we carried out extensive renovation of the facade of a building with a demanding structure - the walls were not level, there were many cables, LED lighting and cameras. Despite the complexity of the implementation, with a precise approach, we achieved a top end result that combines functionality, thermal efficiency and aesthetic appearance.

Preparation of the base and insulation
All concrete surfaces were coated with emulsion.
We first coated the stone wool with glue, and then again for better adhesion.Implementation of adjustments
There were many camera and LED light holders on the building, so we had to precisely cut and adjust the wool.Anchoring and preparation for the final layer
After gluing, we anchored the insulation.
We coated the surfaces with glue 2-3 days in advance.Corners and reinforcing layer
We mounted the corners and installed a mesh with glue.
We leveled the surface with a notched trowel and a 2-meter slat.
After drying, we applied another layer adhesives.Final phase
Before the finishing layer, we protected all windows and doors and applied a base coat (Putzgrund).
We used a finishing layer of Baumit with the addition of glitter, according to the customer's request.

The house got a completely fresh, modern look, improved thermal insulation and details that stand out – such as sequins and aesthetically designed round pillars. The project was carried out accurately, aesthetically and in accordance with the client's requirements.
