At the Lek Mengeš facility, we carried out extensive masonry and painting works in the new production complex as subcontractors. Due to the size of the facility, the project was divided into several phases, which our team carried out with great precision and professionalism.
Masonry works:
- Construction of all partitions and load-bearing walls with 12 cm and 20 cm thick siporex.
- Strengthening of the structure with concrete columns and horizontal ties.
- Anchoring of walls into existing concrete structures on every three types of siporex.
Surface preparation:
- Applying reinforcing mesh with glue over the entire surface of the walls.
- Sanding of walls and application of primer emulsion.
Painting works:
- Second application of glue, additional plastering of selected walls.
- Final sanding and painting of all walls.
- Repair, leveling and painting of concrete walls.
Special features of the project:
- It is a very large facility where several contractors are involved. Our team distinguished itself with organization, quality and precision.
- We carry out the work within the agreed deadlines, while our other teams successfully complete projects at other locations.
